At 05:00 AM, we depart from Ho Chi Minh City for a scenic 3-hour drive to Can Tho City, the heart of the Mekong Delta. The scenery transforms from bustling city streets to peaceful rice paddies and orchards.

Upon arrival at Can Tho around 8:00 AM, we cruise to the famous **Cai Rang Floating Market**. You'll observe the vibrant daily life of locals and enjoy an authentic **breakfast on the boat**. We'll then visit a local workshop to learn the traditional process of making **rice vermicelli** ("Hủ Tiếu"). After, you'll enjoy fresh, delicious **pineapple** right from the boat.

Afternoon: A Journey into the Past (01:00 PM Onwards)
