05:00 am Depart Ho Chi Minh City for the 3 - hour drive to Mekong Delta. Leaving the city behind, the scenery changes to views of rice paddies, beautiful orchards by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam.
8:00 am, Arrive at Can Tho city - the capital of the Southwest, start the day with a visit to Cai Rang Floating Market. While crossing the Mekong River, observe the daily activities of local people on the banks, see traditional -style houses in which the local people live as well as beautiful orchards, busy ships - building yards and bustling markets where they make their livelihood.
Having breakfast on the floating market. It is a wonderful experience when you can enjoy a delicious countrified breakfast, along with an unsteady feeling whenever the waves hit the side of the boat that will make you feel excited. Meanwhile, you have the opportunity to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the morning fair, with welcoming laughter and the sound of floods.
