Morning: Sacred Peaks and Spiritual Ceremony (06:00 AM – 06:30 AM Departure)
- Pick-up & Breakfast: We commence with pick-up from HCMC. You will enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant before proceeding to Tay Ninh (approx. 3.5 hours drive).
- Black Virgin Mountain: Upon arrival, ascend the mountain via a modern cable car system. From the peak, you will see the highest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam and take in the great panoramic views of the city, landscape, and river below. You will also visit the beautiful temples and caves historically used by Buddhist monks and nuns.
- Cao Dai Temple: After descending the mountain by cable car, we proceed to the Cao Dai Temple for the midday service. Witnessing the eclectic colors, unique architecture, and combined symbols (Jesus, Buddha, Brahma, Holy Eye) during the service is truly unforgettable.
- Lunch: Enjoy a well-deserved lunch at a local restaurant after the prayer service.
Afternoon: Historical Battlefield (13:00 PM Onwards)
- Travel to Cu Chi: At 13:00 PM, we depart Tay Ninh for the Cu Chi Tunnels tour section.
- Tunnel Exploration: Learn how 30 thousand American troops failed to conquer this area despite B-52 bombers dropping 30-ton loads of explosives. You will explore the clever design, see the strategic trap doors, and have the opportunity to crawl around a portion of the 121 km long network.
